Amanda Lavallee brings more than 15 years of experience in economic development, investment attraction, and business development, retention and growth strategy across Canada. At EAG, Amanda leads initiatives that help communities, governments, and organizations unlock new opportunities for sustainable economic prosperity.
Formerly the Managing Partner of Factor 5 Group Inc., Amanda has successfully delivered award winning high-impact economic development projects from coast to coast to coast—ranging from economic development strategies, strategic investment, attraction, plans and workforce strategies to business retention and expansion initiatives. Her work has guided municipalities, Indigenous governments, and regional partnerships in identifying competitive advantages, diversifying local economies, and attracting global investment.
An MBA candidate with a proven record of collaboration across all levels of government, Amanda combines analytical insight with practical execution. She has also helped secure millions in funding through federal and provincial grant programs, supporting innovation, infrastructure, and community growth.
At EAG, Amanda’s leadership ensures that economic development strategies align with the firm’s global mission—connecting local opportunities with international markets and partnerships.

Bruce brings over three decades of experience in public policy, with deep expertise in transport, energy, and fiscal strategy. Before joining EAG, he led the transformation of the Natural Gas Vehicle Alliance into The Transport Project Canada, growing its membership and establishing it as a leading voice for low-emissions transportation.

Ana is an innovative and versatile Product Manager with over 15 years of experience. Possessing a Bachelor´s in Science Chemical Engineering, she has launched over 40+ products in the cosmetics, foods, and dietary supplement fields.
Kelly is an accomplished economic developer and research analyst, bringing over 25 years of human resource, operational, and management experience. She holds a Certificate in Community Economic Development from Simon Fraser University and a BA in Political Science from Carleton University.
Raynam is from Dijon (France) and is studying International business. She is passionate about marketing and helping bridge cultural divisions through trade and global commerce. She has come to Canada to put her skills to use and help businesses around the world enter new markets with confidence.
Andy is a seasoned advisor to business leaders from around the world specializing in business development, company formation and creating strategic partnerships that advance win-win opportunities. He has helped attract billions of dollars in investment to leading sectors of the global economy including energy, beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods, agriculture commodities and autos.
Adam is a seasoned public affairs professional and a recognized expert in international trade. He has been a senior trade and economic advisor to a Canadian prime minister and several high-profile cabinet ministers, and business leaders around the world.
